Doing it alone sucks!
I was completely stressed out and totally burnout, to be honest with you! At the start of my business, I was doing everything on my own.
Here are two things I learnt throughout my Entrepreneurial Journey:
- Doing it alone is not helping you move forward in your business. I used to think that I could do it all by myself but what I was doing was controlling every part of my business with fear to let it go to someone else’s hands. The reality is that a good leader needs to have the ability to delegate the parts of the business that are a time suck and focus on what she’s passionate doing.
- I wasn’t investing in myself or any external supporting help. I struggled for years without outsourcing because I was too scared to let go of controlling all the parts of my business. Until the day that I said, “enough is enough, Sofia”! I started looking for external help so that I could be more productive and a better Coach. I stopped stressing about “things” that are not relevant and start to trust the helping hands. It all changed in my business.
In this chat with my amazing Coach and biz bestie Sanae Floyd, I pour my heart out and tell you exactly what I did wrong and what I did right. Bear in mind it’s all part of your journey. Besides the failures, you’ll encounter as well as successes are needed to help you grow in your business. That is why I joined The Coaches Business Accelerator Academy.
