1st Time I run a group program, I was hooked!

First time I run a group program I loved it so much you can’t imagine. The feeling of running a business in a collective environment is so empowering. And if you are sick and tired of doing business alone, maybe group programs is something that you are looking for.

When I first started my business, I started my journey to discover my zone of genius and my best way to work with others. It has been quite a long journey but a very rewarding one too.

You know, 2 minds are always better than 1

Here are my 5 reasons why I love running group programs so much…

1 – There’s something magical when you put together a bunch of like-minded people looking to reach a common goal in a group environment.

2 – I know that it’s better to work as a collective than on your own. Business on your own can be very blah.

3 – Members feel more confident in sharing their struggles in a safe and confidential group environment.

4 – Members can help, support and brainstorm with other group members. There’s nothing better than an outside perspective of one’s business.

5 – Celebrating together is better and more rewarding. Motivating others to keep going in a group program setting is totally my ultimate objective. This will help them overcome some obstacles that they are going through at the time.

What is stopping you from starting your group program? Would you like to talk about this with me? I am opening my diary to discuss this possibility with you.
